Proud To Introduce is pleased to offer custom designed birth announcements, holiday cards, thank you cards, and other note cards.
Using beautiful images from your newborn, baby or family photography session, each announcement or card design
starts from scratch, depending on the feel you'd like for your cards or as determined by the images themselves.


How it works:

After your session, we will select the best images to process ASAP, using those images in your custom designed cards.
Those initial mock-ups will be placed into a private online gallery and you will be emailed a link.
When you visit your gallery, you will see your images within the designs of your cards.
Check over the designs by clicking on the thumbnails on the left hand side to see the larger image.
Check the spelling of names, birth statistics, be sure that all text and image details are exactly as you want them.
We are not responsible for issues on cards that are printed as approved.


The next step:

On the top of your gallery you will have a date and time that your selection is due to ensure timely printing.
Please email us by that time with the following information:

1. Which announcement design? - Use file name beneath the image, for example: cardA_front2 with cardA_back2.
2. Is it perfect as is or is any minor modification needed in spelling, etc.? - Be specific if modification needed.
3. Need to see another proof before printing? - One revision is included. If yes, this will add an additional 2-5+ days to the process. If it is a simple modification, you can trust us to handle it correctly when submitting it for print to save that time of reposting.
4. How many sets of 24 would you like? There is a minimum or two sets, envelopes are included.
5. Type of cardstock? - Options are Pearl, Linen, or Standard. Descriptions below, several examples in the studio.
6. Permission to charge your credit card on file for your cards. Rates below.


Cardstock options:

Pearl cardstock: Heaviest weight, shimmery, smooth finish.
Linen cardstock: Lighter weight and softly textured with a linen finish. This type of card is the easiest to write on with a pen.
Standard: Smooth and clear matte finish. Weight of card between Linen and Pearl.


2008 Card Prices, per set of 24, plain white envelopes included:

4 x 5.5 flat cards
2-4 sets $85 per set. 5-6 sets $76 per set. 7-10 sets $70 per set.

5x7 flat cards
2-4 sets $95 per set. 5-6 sets $88 per set. 7-10 sets $80 per set.

4 x 5.5 folded cards
2-4 sets $115 per set. 5-6 sets $108 per set. 7-10 sets $100 per set.

5.1% sales tax collected on all sales and session fees.
